I teach Salesforce Administration and Spoken English on UrbanPro and have been actively teaching these subjects for the past 3 years. My goal is to help learners build practical skills and confidence that directly support their professional growth and communication abilities.
I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree and am also a certified Salesforce professional. Alongside my teaching experience, I bring 8 years of hands-on industry experience as a Salesforce Administrator, which allows me to connect theoretical concepts with real-world business applications.
My professional background has played a key role in shaping my teaching approach. I focus on helping students understand how Salesforce is actually used in the workplace, guiding them through practical scenarios, system configurations, and problem-solving techniques that are relevant to industry expectations.
Over the past 3 years, I have taught Salesforce Administration and Spoken English to students from different backgrounds, including freshers and working professionals. I enjoy seeing learners gain clarity, improve their confidence, and become job-ready through consistent practice and structured guidance.
I conduct both online and offline classes, offering flexibility based on individual learning needs. I follow a practical and interactive teaching methodology, where each session is planned with a clear structure and learning outcome. My classes include hands-on exercises, real-world examples, and interactive discussions to ensure active participation.
To make learning more effective, I use PPTs along with whiteboard explanations to break down concepts step by step. I strongly believe in learning by doing, so students are encouraged to apply concepts immediately during sessions rather than just focusing on theory.
I also provide supporting study materials, practice tasks, and guidance to help students revise and strengthen their understanding. My aim is to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where students feel confident applying their skills in real scenarios and progressing steadily in their careers.
