We start talking way before we learn to write or read. Speaking is more natural, like a habit.
While talking, small mistakes go unnoticed, people understand us even if our grammar isn't perfect.
In conversation we use simple words and short sentences. We need not to think too hard.
When we write, people expect correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation, which makes it feel harder.
With speaking we have an advantage of our expressions. Our face, tone and body language can show what we mean. In writing, we have to explain everything with words alone.
