Sagar Shinde

Hello, my name is Sagar Shinde, and I am currently working as an Operations Manager in an MNC in Moshi, Pune. I completed my graduation from the College of Agriculture, Shahada, in 2018. After graduation, I dedicated myself to preparing for banking examinations and had the opportunity to appear for banking interviews three times. This journey helped me develop strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills while also teaching me the value of perseverance and continuous learning.

One of my greatest passions has always been sharing knowledge and helping others grow. During my preparation period, I worked as a counselor on an online platform, where I guided and supported students in making informed decisions about their education and careers. Alongside this, I also conducted home tuition classes in my locality, which allowed me to pursue my passion for teaching while positively impacting students' academic development.

Teaching and mentoring have always given me a sense of satisfaction and purpose. I enjoy simplifying complex concepts, motivating learners, and helping individuals achieve their goals. These experiences have strengthened my interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.

Overall, I consider myself a dedicated professional, a lifelong learner, and someone who genuinely enjoys contributing to the growth and success of others through knowledge sharing and guidance.
