E=hf
E= energy; h =planks constant, f =frequency
Higher the frequency, higher is the energy.
The UV light has a high frequency than visible light
And gamma rays has got the highest rate.
Shorter the wavelength higher the frequency. Hence higher is the energy.
So In visible light, violet has a high rate, and red got a low frequency.
But In the visible spectrum, there is very less change in frequency from red to violet, so we don't talk about frequency Much.
Range of frequency is very low compared to the range of wavelength.
Range = Higher value - lower value
So it is easier to study based on wavelength.

E=hf
E= energy; h =planks constant, f =frequency
Higher the frequency higher the energy.
UV light has high frequency than visible light
And gamma rays got highest frequency.
Shorter the wave length higher the frequency hence highi the energy
So In visible light violet has high frequency and red got low frequency.
But In visible spectrum there is very less change in frequency from read to violet so we don't talk about frequency.
