Rutuja is a Microbiology graduate from Fergusson College and has a Masters degree in HR from Pune university. She has also worked with ZARA as their HR.

At ZARA, she trained managers and it helped them in improving the way of communicating with their sub ordinates and colleagues.
She has also individually conducted inductions for the new joinees in the company.

She has trained managers and unit heads from companies such as Deloitte, L&T, General Mills, Sun Pharma, Asian Paints and Sterling & Wilson etc.

She has also worked with ‘The British Institutes’ as a soft skills trainer.

She has spent over three years in coaching professionals and has over 3 years of experience in teaching students.

She recently worked with IDFC First bank and has an experience of training the sales staff.
