Communication is often misled to mere English, which needs to be clarified. At work/ educational place or for a social group, there's a mix of languages. Hence one needs to be good at language shifts. Although, when it comes to working on communication from scratch, one needs to understand how Communication works, it's effects and perceived meaning from the perspective of others. Channelizing what you speak, how you speak, what impact it can bring is sum-totalled as Behavioural Communication. The other aspect to it is which language one aims at, and the third aspect is - the place and group of people that one wishes to communicate with. Only, then the effectiveness of communication can truly be understood, mapped and customized as and when required! Last but not least, communication is an integral element of a person's behaviour and personality; consideration of crafting it is the first step itself!
