2. Structure If else statement
3. Loop : for, while ..
4. Package , function , procedure , trigger.
Advance programming:
1. Collection :Associated Array, Nested loop , VARRAY(this is I never used in my 18yrs of exp)
2. Dynamic SQL , execute immediate or DBMS_SQL
3. Packages with Audit
4. Pragma Automous Transcation
This is enough . 2 months learning curve for daily 2 hrs.

There are tonnes of Python learning platforms for free, and some good online couse with low cost < $10. Kindly check Udemy as well.
But my recomandation is go with online instructor based class which will around 10k -15k wil cost based on contents.
if you are the beginner better to go with some tutorial points example and the practice.
