"After joining Rachna's yog classes, within few sessions I have experienced relief in my body/ joint pains and also could experience stronger mental health,more settled mind and body. "It has been only 6 classes that I have done with guidance of rachna and I have started feeling some changes. As for the information I am having hypertension ,copd and portal hypertension on lungs so whenever I use to do any hardworking or just walking my heartbeat use to fluctuate a lot my pulse becomes high and I use to feel loss of energy. But now my life has changed now I can walk smoothly at least 3km my hypertension is under control due to pranayam that rachna has suggested.
