"Both my children prepared for JEE at Prime Academy Pune. My daughter Shruti Srikantiah (Head Product planning & ESG, Mahindra EV) went on to IIT Bombay (2009 batch) and later to Harvard Business School for her MBA and my son Shikhar Srikantiah ( Head Customer Support at M/s The Whole Truth cleared JEE (2013 batch) before doing his MBA from IIM. As parents we tried to do our bit, but I feel Prime Academy played a very important role in shaping their journey. The most striking thing about Prime Academy is the amazing stability of their teaching team. The same set of teachers who taught my children 16 years ago are still teaching at Prime Academy today. In an industry where frequent faculty change in the middle of the course has become a major concern for students, Prime Academy is doing a remarkable job. When teachers work together for so many years, coordination naturally improves, planning becomes sharper, and students benefit from that consistency. For any serious JEE aspirant, this is a genuine advantage that's hard to find elsewhere. When the same teachers guide the student throughout the journey, they can give customized guidance based on the student's profile which is not possible when teachers change in between the course. At Prime Academy, this continuity clearly stands out as a real strength. Talking about my children, they used to say that Prime Academy teachers made even difficult concepts feel interesting. The teachers themselves are IITians with many years of teaching experience. More importantly, they kept a close eye on students' morale. "This is one of the best IIT JEE coaching institute in Pune. Great faculty and very high success ratio. Good part is that the faculty is same throughout and also, they are very approachable and helpful. Teachers are very passionate and are available any time for clearing doubts and queries. My daughter studied at Prime academy and is doing her graduation at IIT Madras after clearing JEE Advanced. One good thing is that the batches are small, there is no differentiation amongst students and everyone is given same level of attention. Teachers encourage healthy competition as well as ensure a friendly and collaborative environment. Highly recommended if you are looking for high quality teaching and great learning atmosphere. "
