Sir, we need to make the learning interesting for him so that he sits for long. If the learning is activity-based or play-based, it slowly starts developing interest. You can also use pretend play ways to teach concepts. For example, for teaching him the addition, subtraction type of concept, you can play a supermarket game to be a shopkeeper and sit at the counter and do the calculations. Tell him he is the person at the cash counter, and he can't roam around; he has to sit. Maybe such similar tricks may work.
