Home Tutor Required – Senior KG (Dighi, Pune)

We are looking for a patient, disciplined, and effective home tutor for our son, currently in Senior KG.

About the Child:

Very smart and expressive, with a strong ability to communicate.

However, currently has low attention span (finds it hard to focus for more than 5 minutes).

No reasoning ability yet — needs guidance through stories, activities, and play.

Lacks discipline and rarely completes homework.

School has given a final warning — he needs visible improvement to move to Class 1.

At present, he knows very little academically and will need to start almost from scratch.

Scolding or harshness doesn’t work, so the tutor must use patience, creativity, and structure instead.

Priority Subjects (in order):

English – Reading, phonics, vocabulary, and speaking confidence.

Mathematics – Number sense, counting, and basic operations through fun activities.

Hindi – Recognition of letters, pronunciation, and simple writing.

Tutor Expectations:

Must come regularly and punctually to our home in Dighi, Pune.

Should bring structure and discipline through a positive, engaging approach.

Should make learning interactive and enjoyable — not mechanical.

Focus equally on academics, reasoning ability, and discipline building.

The goal is to prepare him fully for Class 1, both academically and behaviorally.

Compensation:

Base monthly fee based on time and experience.

Performance bonus (lump sum reward) if he achieves good grades and advances to Class 1 confidently.

Preferred Schedule:

5–6 days a week, around 1 to 1.5 hours per day (timing flexible).
