Neha Bhate
Bharatanaatyam choreographer, performer and teacher.

• Started career in preforming arts, Bharatanaatyam at the age of 11 yrs. under the guidance of Guru Uma Tilak from Kalaniketan Institute, Pune.
• Completed her Arangetram in February 2001.
• Passed Visharad Poorna in Bharatanaatyam from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalay Mandal, Mumbai in February 2007.
• Has been in the field of teaching since 2008.
• Masters in Performing Arts - Bharatanaatyam from Lalit Kala Kendra - Centre for Performing Arts, Savitribai Phule Pune Vidyapeeth April 2010 under well-known Bharatanaatyam exponent and Guru Shri. Parimal Phadke under Gurukul System.
• Passed University Grants Commission’s National Eligibility Test For Lectureship and research in the June 2012.
• Established own teaching institution in the year 2013 namely Saadhana Nrityalaya for imparting knowledge of Bharatanaatyam.
• Established a partnership firm ‘Samarpit Creations’ in the year 2013 with an aim to spread awareness of moral value systems propagated by our ancient Sages and Saints through the medium of classical dance forms, music and visual arts.

Neha is one of the performing artists who represent the young generation that is into preserving and prospering the spiritual and cultural values of India. Neha started learning Bharatanaatyam at the age of 11 under the guidance of Guru Uma Tilak. She completed her Arangetram under her guidance in the year 2001. She has completed ‘Vishaarad’ from Gaandharva Mahavidyalay, Mumbai. She further pursued the degree of M.A in Bharatanaatyam from Centre for Performing Arts, University of Pune in the year 2010 under the guidance of Guru Parimal Phadke. She has also cleared the prestigious UGC NET exam for lectureship and junior research fellowship. She is now a professional Bharatanaatyam performer and a vibrant choreographer.
Thus, Neha is a choreographer who has put forth unique and spiritual concepts through her choreographic. She has been choreographing for more than six years now. She has choreographed concepts like Sadguru, Stotras based on the concept of Advaita-non duality, Characters of Ramayana, abhangas of saints from Maharashtra, Couplets from the grantha Shree Dnyaaneshwari and many more.
