Neeraj Pramod Gangal

Neeraj Gangal is an independent consulting and training practice professional; specialising in leadership development, executive presence, strategic communication, professional language mastery, storytelling, and career strategy. He also works as an independent media content curator, a role that sharpens his understanding of audience behaviour, messaging, and narrative clarity. Together, these complementary strengths enable him to help individuals and organisations lead better, communicate effectively, and grow with confidence.

Prior to that, he was employed as the Director of Alumni Relations at MIT World Peace University, Pune; and served FLAME University in various capacities including Director - Alumni Relations, Coordinator - Experiential Learning Programs, and Director - Student Engagement.

In the past, Neeraj has worked as a journalist, news editor, social media content curator and corporate communications professional, with some of the world's biggest organizations across India and the Middle East including Forbes India, Yahoo India, VFS Global, Moneycontrol.com, Asian News International (ANI), and ITP Publishing (Arabian Business), to name a few. As a Visiting Faculty Member, he taught a course called 'Writing Well' to 'PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication' students at the University of Mumbai.

Neeraj holds two Masters Degrees: one in Journalism (University of Westminster, London, UK, and another in Communication Studies from the University of Pune, India. He also holds a Diploma in Geo-Politics & International Relations, and a Certification as a Capital Markets Professional. In 2023, he completed the Global Career Counsellor (GCC) program jointly offered by UNIVARIETY and UCLA Extension.
