I am a personal fitness trainer specializing in aerobics, with 7 years of experience in guiding individuals towards better health and fitness. My focus is on helping clients improve their overall fitness levels through structured workouts, consistent training, and a disciplined approach.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and have also completed a certification in fitness training from IFSI Academy. This has provided me with the professional knowledge and practical skills required to design effective workout routines and guide clients safely through their fitness journey.

Over the years, I have worked with individuals of different fitness levels, helping them achieve their personal goals such as weight loss, improved stamina, and overall body conditioning. My training approach is centered around creating sustainable fitness habits that lead to long-term results.

I am a Junior Maharashtra Medalist and have also been a medalist at the Amateur Olympia competition. These achievements reflect my dedication, discipline, and passion for fitness, which I bring into my training sessions to motivate and inspire my clients.

My teaching methodology is structured and practical-based, with a strong focus on personalized training. I design workout plans based on each client’s fitness goals and current fitness level, ensuring that every session is effective and goal-oriented.
