I am Mr. Amit Kshirsagar, Founder and Lead Faculty at KATEC – Kshirsagar’s Aptitude Training and Education Centre, Pune.

I have completed my MBA from SIBM Pune and Engineering from SPIT Mumbai.

I have scored 99 percentile in multiple MBA entrance exams.
I have 5+ years of teaching and training experience, including 3 years at KATEC and 2 years at Proton-Unacademy.

I also have 2 years of corporate/professional experience at LTI Mindtree, which helps me guide students practically for placements, interviews, aptitude tests, and career planning.

I specialise in MBA entrance preparation, BBA entrance preparation, placement aptitude training, verbal ability, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, group discussions, personal interviews, resume building, and career guidance.

I train students for exams like CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, CMAT, MAH MBA CET, IPMAT, BBA CET, CUET, SET, NPAT, and various placement aptitude tests.

My teaching approach focuses on concept clarity, practical shortcuts, speed, accuracy, exam strategy, time management, and confidence building.

I guide students not only for entrance exams but also for career planning, interview preparation, communication skills, and overall personality development.

Through KATEC, I aim to provide high-quality, result-oriented, and personalised training to students preparing for competitive exams and placements.
