"Krav Maga is one of the best martial arts and Frank Sir's academy is the most realistic self defense class I have ever been. Here, training sessions are kept as close to real life scenarios as possible. You are taught to deal with untoward situations when you are not in your best form/shape/attire and still you can save yourself with the skills and tactics. The beauty of Krav Maga is that it doesn't requires you to be the best martial artist in the town but still it gives you confidence to be prepared for any unforeseen circumstance which you might meet any day, anywhere, anytime."

" This organisation does not believe in turnovers or profits. My teacher Sensei Franklin Joseph openly says to everyone here the number of practitioners are very less as he will NOT compromise the class where practitioners pretend to fight or they just learn some fancy tactics. We stick to learning few tactics but in real life scenario based conditions. So, if the fight is on the street, we are always encouraged to get exposed to street elements. FEAR, PAIN, FATIGUE, BLOOD and SURPRISE are our best friends in class. The Criminal on the street want to use these three to intimidate you to turn you in to a victim. "It is an honor to be a student of Sensei Franklin Joseph who has a vast experience and an in-depth knowledge of the art of Krav Maga. The classes are intense which involve a mixture of endurance training and technique training. Your will power is tested and you are brought to an uncomfortable position and pushed to perform in it. "Krav Maga training is very intense. Surely it builds up a lot of confidence and very applicable for real life situations. First day, I was pushed to my limit physically and psychologically. It was a rude awakening for my body and mind as on the street, no criminal would worry about my comfort level. He/she would surprise me, use any weapons to intimidate me, attack me when I am least expecting it, use violence to hurt me, use multiple opponents for his/her advantage etc... Street attack does not care about the fitness level, age, size, flexibility of the victim. My teacher is a very dedicated instructor and is a very passionate person who is committed to expose the reality of the street attacks to us pushing us to go beyond our limits."

"A great place to train Self Defense. A honest Guru. Franklin Joseph told me in the first day itself, there are three things you will get training under him. Pain, pain and pain. 1st Pain of fighting all the insecurities of being not fit, too small or too big, too fat or too thin etc. 2nd Pain of fighting of a bad element who will cheat i.e., who does not follow the rules of martial arts nor he will be honorable as a martial artist. 3rd Pain of fighting actual pain i.e., a bad element would hurt you bad, so you must know how to handle punishment."
