I specialize in training students in self-defence and kickboxing, with over 12 years of practical experience in martial arts and 4 years of teaching experience. My training sessions are structured and personalized to help students build confidence, improve their overall fitness, and master effective self-defence techniques.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have received formal certifications in martial arts from the Panther Taekwondo Martial Arts Club and the Action International Martial Arts Association. These certifications have enhanced both my technical skills and my ability to deliver effective training.

Having practiced self-defence and kickboxing for more than a decade, I have taught students across various age groups and skill levels. My goal is to empower them to protect themselves while maintaining physical fitness and mental discipline.

I have actively competed in martial arts and kickboxing tournaments at the university level and have participated in national-level competitions. Continuing to compete helps me keep my skills sharp and stay current with evolving techniques and training methods.

My classes emphasize not just physical training but also mental toughness and confidence-building, which I believe are critical for personal safety and overall well-being.

I am passionate about helping my students grow stronger and more confident with every session and find great satisfaction in witnessing their progress and achievements.
