"She hurried through most of the steps. Insisted that I keep on trying, despite my physical disability. I have super thin, weak legs and find it difficult to balance on one leg. Secondly, there is no muscle mass in my behind. Said all this to her. Even cried. She has no respect for people with issues. Thinks everyone has the same ability. Requested refund of my payment, which she refused. "
