Hi, I am working in an IT company and would suggest you to look for courses on Digital trends such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning etc. If you are a self-motivated person, then you can take these courses for free on MOOCs like Coursera, EDx, etc. These courses are taught by the best of the faculties such as from Standford university, Harvard etc. All the best!!

The answer is that the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) conducts the GMAT. It is an adaptive test, which means that the difficulty of questions faced is adjusted autmatically as you progress in the test e.g. if you answer correctly you get a more difficult question and if you answer it wrong you get an easier question.

IELTS and GMAT serve different purposes. GMAT is for proving your aptitude for MBA and IELTS is for proving your english proficiency. So if you are from a non-native english speaker then apart from GMAT you would also hae to take IELTS to prove that you can understand english and would be able to go through a english medium taught course such as MBA.
