Most people take language as a subject, think precisely you require to communicate, and it's the communication medium to talk with someone, and in your case, you want to read write and speak in English.
Start writing everything in English including your WhatsApp and other social communication
Start speaking English irrespective it's right and wrong, and if someone tells your mistake, come back check the internet and correct it.
Last, learn 5-10 words daily and use it in daily communication.
Just 30 days you will realise that now you know this tool of communication very well.
