I had been working with the software industry for 11 years when I had to take a career break to invest more time with my kids. For past 6 years, I have been informally preparing children (my kids' friends, neighbour's) for Olympiad EXAMS (Maths, Science and English). I have experience of teaching class 1 to class 5 students. Year after year, my students performed well a d I was encouraged to start coaching on a wider scale. Besides the MTG booklet, I give extra questions in each topic to prepare them better for the exam. Tests are also taken after each topic has been covered in the classes. This helps students not just for Olympiad but also for their regular school exams.

Overall, I have about 6 years of work experience as corporate professional (Steel plant projects) and 3.5 years of leading my family business. Although, I have no experience of teaching full time, being an (AIR 455) IITian (IIT Kanpur 2008 batch) I have sound understanding of Math and Physics concepts related to IIT-JEE OR NEET. I also used to teach IIT JEE aspirants of society during my college days and got the chance to teach IIT mathematics for sometime to group of young students (my cousin's friends preparing for NEET/IIT JEE), during lockdown virtually.
