I am a doctor practising in medicine and has been learning Bharatnatyam dance sincethe age of 6 years and has been teaching since the last 14 years. I am a NRITYA ALANKAR and has also been associated with teaching alongside my guru in various parts of the city like MAGARPATTA and KALYANI NAGAR. I have trained about 800+ students out of which about a 100 of them have completed their training, done with their ARENGETRAM. I believe that art is the best way to heal your soul and along with medicine I would like to serve the community with my art. Being the founder of a charitable trust TASGAONKAR MEDICAL FOUNDATION, co founded with my husband; apart from health care we also provide skill development for the youth for a better future. Under this initiative I have been training girls from the rural area for free to learn Bharatnatyam for a betterment of their future.
