As a Professor, my experience in school/college has been both enriching and transformative. Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students has given me the opportunity to engage with young minds, understand their perspectives, and guide them in building strong academic and professional foundations. I have been actively involved in delivering lectures, designing lesson plans, preparing question papers, evaluating assessments, and mentoring students for academic as well as career-related challenges. Beyond classroom teaching, I have participated in curriculum development, continuous assessment activities, seminars, workshops, faculty development programmes, and institutional events. Interacting with students from diverse backgrounds has helped me adapt my teaching methods, making learning more practical, application-oriented, and student-centric. I strongly believe in interactive teaching, encouraging discussions, case studies, presentations, and real-life examples to enhance understanding. Overall, my experience as a Professor has strengthened my subject knowledge, communication skills, leadership abilities, and sense of responsibility as an educator.
