My genuine review is : I initially rated him 5 stars based on the demo session, but after attending the actual classes, I’m changing my rating to 1 stars. The teaching pace is very slow, and for many questions, the trainer needs to search Google before providing an answer. I enrolled in a 1-hour module priced at ₹500, which I already felt was on the higher side. However, the trainer regularly extended the session to around 1.5 hours while covering the same planned content. This effectively increased the cost to ₹750 per class. The classes were also not planned in advance, and I had to struggle to schedule them each time. There were also long gaps between classes on multiple occasions, which affected the overall learning experience and continuity. UrbanPro was initially counting the session as one class, but the trainer insisted that the additional time be counted manually. As a result, several classes in my module were recorded as 0 minutes, 4 minutes, etc., even though the actual teaching time was completed and counted toward my module hours. I found this inconvenient and unfair from a learner’s perspective. Considering the trainer’s claimed MNC experience, I expected a stronger command of the subject, along with more confident and well-structured explanations. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. There were a few other concerns as well, but I have highlighted the main points that significantly affected my overall experience. Overall, I would recommend clarifying the class duration, pricing, scheduling process, and teaching approach before enrolling. Despite my concerns, I genuinely wish the trainer all the best for the future.
