Hello. I started with private tutions while working with Wipro. I have been active in the field of training since 2012 and have been conducting home tutions and tutions at my place. I worked as a trainer with wipro for 4 years. Have completed my masters and have earned 4 degrees till now. I am currently aligned with Capita India and working in the finance department. The classes are conducted on weekends as most of my students are working and professionals (Dentist, Managers, School principal, teachers etc.) I do not provide hand outs because I want the students to write and create there own manuals. The manual that I use for training students is created by me. I do not believe in one-on-one training as it makes the student to be comfortable with the tutor and the gain confidence. The training is regarding development program on Soft-Skill and Personality Building for student. I will cover maximum topics in the training. Below is the list of topics: How to improve your communication? How to prepare yourself to crack the interview? What are the possible obstacles in interviews? How to motivate yourself? How to develop your personality.? How to manage a Team? How to improve presentation skills How to handle critical situation? How to improve confidence level.? How to build Corporate communication? What exactly industries need? How to improve Etiquette? I am flexible for the venue of the class, it depend on the need of the student.

Fear of public speaking can be a barrier at times. Don't think about the comments and critics. All you need is to focus on your public speaking and confidence-building skills. Try and record your content, stand in front of a mirror and speak, if there is a friend or a sibling to help, ask them to be your audience. Grab the opportunities to talk when surrounded by people. Be proactive.
