Hello. I, Pratibha Suresh, am a postgraduate in Microbiology from Pune University. I have been in the teaching profession since 2005. I started my career as an IB facilitator and later got the additional responsibility of a coordinator. I then tried my expertise in the ICSE and IGCSE curricula wherein I handled Science and Biology. I continued building my experience for 8 years and went on to become the principal of the school. So I handled the curricula and school administration. However, due to relocation, I quit my job. I am now tutoring students of grade 10, 11 and 12 at home and am also working as a part time faculty at a reputed coaching institute. Teaching is my passion and I would like to go a step ahead and provide help to more children.

Started by teaching friends and relatives and then took it up professionally for few students. Not so keen on coaching a large group as I believe the coaching becomes generalized. Rather would like to customize the coaching as every student has a specific way of learning which should be identified and the teaching should be planned accordingly. I also don't believe in doing teaching at home all the time. Sometimes taking a walk in the garden or visiting a place where a concept is practically implemented (like a manufacturing plant) or finding educational videos to expalin somehting goes a long way in helping a student understand.
