So far, I have offered training in many parts of the country including Delhi,Hyderabad, Bhopal, Aurangabad and Pune. In 2012, I also started a training institute but it was closed in 2016. As far as my experience is concerned, in class training it is too difficult to improve required skill of candidate specially thinking, writing and presentation skills. Hence, personal training is more effective than class. In personal training, one can offer training as per the requirement of aspirants demands. Civil services exam isn't the exam of fact and knowledge but it needs indepth understanding of an issue which requires critical thinking and analytical ability. In this way, we can help potential aspirants to achieve their aspiring goals. I always focus on basic skills of aspirants without the basics candidates can't scale higher.
