I possess around 22 years of experience in the corporate world, leading small to large teams of about 125 members. My leadership style has always been to lead teams by making them feel empowered and thereby motivating them.
I am passionate to interact with young adults, especially students pursuing their undergraduate studies, and instill in them varied professional skills of communication, attitude and behaviours (skills which are much interrelated).
I am associated as a visiting/guest faculty for the subjects in business communication/ professional skills with prestigious and top B-colleges and engineering colleges of Pune, Maharashtra. My sessions with the students have been very interactive and I engage them into various hands-on activity oriented sessions, which they have been very appreciative about.

I am eager to now extend my reach to many students who would greatly benefit from my experience and expertise. In this process, I would gain plenty of insights too.
