For teachers to make a real connect with Students, I believe they should first talk to the students about them, make them a little comfortable and introduce yourself and talk a little about yourself, so that students aren't intimidaed, once that is done, ask the student to open up their Camera, greet them and they will get comfortable with you and interested in the subject.
