I am Aarya Nitin Mahadik, a graduate in Agriculture Biotechnology from Dr. Balasaheb Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Agribusiness Management. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in agricultural science, biotechnology, and agribusiness management. During my internship at Callus Biotech, Kolhapur, I gained hands-on laboratory experience in plant tissue culture, where I worked on the micropropagation of red banana to produce disease-free plantlets. I also completed a Sales Internship at Zydex Industries Pvt. Ltd. (Agro Division), where I gained practical exposure to agricultural sales, customer interaction, field marketing, and understanding farmers' needs. In addition, I have worked on research projects related to digital marketing, insurance, and business performance, which helped me develop analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and I enjoy learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world business and agricultural challenges. I am eager to build a career where I can combine my biotechnology knowledge with management skills to contribute to the growth of the agriculture and agribusiness sector.
