I am an Emotional Wellness Coach and educator with a passion for helping both adults and children achieve personal growth, confidence, and emotional well-being. Over the past two years, I have been teaching Spoken English to adults and conducting Holistic Healing and Transformation programs for children. My goal is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where every learner feels encouraged to grow, express themselves, and reach their full potential.

I hold a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree, which has given me a strong foundation in structured learning, analytical thinking, and communication. To further deepen my understanding of personal development and wellness, I completed a Wellness Coach Certification Program. This specialized training has equipped me with practical techniques and strategies that I now incorporate into my teaching and coaching sessions to support the overall development of my students.

For adults, I teach Spoken English with a strong focus on improving communication skills, fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence. I understand that many learners struggle with hesitation and fear while speaking English, so I create a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere where they can practice freely. My sessions emphasize real-life conversations, interactive activities, and practical usage rather than rote learning, helping learners become confident communicators in both personal and professional settings.

Alongside Spoken English training, I work as an Emotional Wellness Coach, helping individuals improve self-awareness, emotional balance, and mental clarity. Through guided activities and practical techniques, I support learners in understanding and managing their emotions more effectively. I believe that emotional well-being plays a crucial role in personal success, and my coaching approach focuses on building resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset.

I also conduct Holistic Transformation classes for children aged 6 to 12 years. These sessions are designed to enhance cognitive abilities such as memory, concentration, focus, attention span, and overall brain functioning. I help children develop techniques to manage distractions, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen their ability to learn effectively. My approach combines fun, creativity, and structured learning to ensure that children remain engaged while developing important life skills.

My teaching methodology is learner-centered and highly interactive. I follow a structured lesson plan and use activity-based learning techniques that make concepts easy to understand and enjoyable to practice. To enhance the learning experience, I incorporate presentations, whiteboard explanations, practical exercises, and regular feedback. Whether I am teaching adults or children, I focus on creating sessions that are engaging, meaningful, and tailored to individual learning needs.

I offer both online and offline classes, allowing learners to choose the format that best suits their schedule and comfort. My ultimate aim is to help students become confident communicators, emotionally resilient individuals, and lifelong learners. I believe that education should support not only academic or language development but also personal growth, happiness, and overall well-being. Through my sessions, I strive to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of every learner I work with.
