I am an architect and professional with more than 25 years of experience in my domain.
I started learning yoga as a part of my own self recovery as i was suffering from a lot of ailments such as cervical spondylitis, insomnia and stress. As i progressed in my self recovery I also started learning Varma - traditional Indian healing practices and other aspects of acupressure.
When I recovered I decided to become a certified Yoga teacher and hence completed my 200 RYT as a certified teacher and also have a registration with Yoga Alliance International.
I am interested in helping people recover from stress, anxiety which leads to building up of other ailments in the body such as inflammation and metabolic disorders.

My method of teaching involves rejuvenating and restoring MIND-BODY harmony. It is a gentle style of Yoga requiring regular and sincere commitment from the individuals....you cannot force the mind or your body....you can only gently tame it.
