How can I improve voice quality for PTE? Every time I got failure in speaking section because of my voice quality, I heard after recording, and it seems like I am afraid of something.

What you can do is start with the basic ones. For example -look around and select any topic (a wall painting/ any scenario) and speak about it for at least 2 minutes and record that attempt. Listen to it and figure out what's the problem. Select different topics speak record and listen till the time you get a command over speaking. This can only be done by practice. Hi Record yourself while you read articles aloud. Notice the strengths and concerns and work on those. Then, move onto speaking about a topic picked randonly and see how you fare. Practice speaking in English at all given opportunities.
