So basically you're facing fluency issue and lack of confidence. You become conscious while speaking which breaks your flow and make you sound afraid and unsure. You will have to practice regularly till you become confident. What you can do is start with the basic ones.
For example -look around and select any topic (a wall painting/ any scenario) and speak about it for at least 2 minutes and record that attempt. Listen to it and figure out what's the problem. Select different topics speak record and listen till the time you get a command over speaking. This can only be done by practice. All the best!
