Communication skills can be improved if you start speaking in English most of the time and also start listening to English news channels. Write e-mails and revert to them and find an atmosphere where you can speak in English.

Speak as often as possible. Read with intensity for a min of 30 min and then present it in front of mirror. Communication skill development is an ongoing process. U need to practice frequently.
