=(1+3i+2i+6i^2)/((1)^2-(3i)^2)
=(1+5i-6)'(1+9)
=(-5+5i)/10
=-(1/2)+(1/2)i
Modulus ((1+2i)/(1-3i)) = √(1/2)^2+(1/2)^2 =1/2
Modulus = 1/√2
Argument= taninverse((1/√2)/(1/√2)) =45 deg
Ans modulus =1/2
Argument =45 degrees
