I am deeply passionate about music and have been teaching for over 10 years, working with students of all age groups and skill levels. My expertise lies in a variety of music classes, including Harmonium, Keyboard, Vocal Music (Hindustani as well as Western styles), and Music Theory. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping numerous students develop a strong foundation in music while also encouraging them to explore and nurture their individual style and creativity.

My academic background is rooted in both Indian and Western music traditions. I hold a Master's degree in Indian Classical Music and have successfully completed Grade 8 in Western Classical Music. This dual expertise enables me to provide well-rounded training to my students, blending traditional depth with contemporary approaches. My aim is to make learning music an enriching experience—one that combines technical proficiency with the joy of creative expression.

Along with teaching, I have been actively performing for over 7 years. These performances have kept me connected with the stage and helped me continuously evolve as a musician. Being on stage gives me a unique perspective, which I bring back into my classes. It allows me to guide students not only through theory and practice but also through the real-world aspects of being a performer. This balance between teaching and performing has shaped me into a more versatile and empathetic educator.

One of my proudest achievements has been participating in numerous music competitions and representing S.N.D.T. University, Mumbai, at state-level (Indradhanushya), zonal, and national-level events. These experiences have strengthened my confidence and broadened my understanding of music as an art form. Competing at such levels has also taught me the importance of discipline, creativity, and emotional expression—all of which I strive to instill in my students.

In addition to teaching and performing, I have also authored a book on music composition. This book is a culmination of my learnings and experiences, offering insights into the process of creating music by blending theory with practical approaches. Writing this book was a deeply rewarding journey for me, as it allowed me to share my knowledge and help aspiring musicians develop their unique creative voice.

I offer both online and offline classes, ensuring that students have flexible learning options. I also prepare students for Gandharva Mahavidyalaya exams (for Indian Classical Music) and Trinity College London exams (for Western Music). These certifications give students formal recognition for their skills and help them build a strong foundation for further musical growth. For me, music is not just a subject—it’s an experience, and I am committed to making every class a step toward that beautiful journey.
