Python is the best for the future. As Python is open source, it's growing up daily with large community packages.

According to me python is best because you can use python in various domains such as machine learning, deep learning, web development, Internet of things and many more. Where as PHP you can use mainly for web development and CMS such as WordPress, Drupal.
