Neena, Presently in this Modern Globalized world where the situation has become that now the competition is more higher than the opportunities. To say in other simple words , before this new era there were huge opportunities where many people participate and compete for the achievement. But today Competition has raised for grabbing Opportunities. And especially , students and youngsters of this generation must be more aware of this who are directly or indirectly facing the challenges. So presently study skills alone will not help to achieve. We have to understand beyond this studies there is the other study skills called," Life study or Social Adaptability skills. This Social skills will mold people to become a good personality . So in short to conclude 40% study skills and 50% skills will help to develop a personality. Whomsoever applies this mantra ... Will be the Super personality. This 60:40 principle is personality Development which in turn Leeds Personality fulfillment. read less
