Then after attending the school ask questions like what did you learn? How was your Day? Enact certain scenarios with him being the center of attraction. For Public Speaking encourage him to sing a loud, or let him sing in front of the relatives and enforce positive thoughts, ask him to say a poem, or whatever he knows, try to involve him in group activities outside the family also. This will help him to overcome shyness. I guess my answer satisfies your query. read less
