The very thought of utilising a spare slot from a busy week is commendable. Personal development knows no limits. It is you who is perhaps the best judge of what you would like to improve in self. Is it the way you present at meetings that you want to address foremost or do you think your language skills is sub average in the environment you operate? Do you feel that your job requires more emphasis on technical expertise or personal traits ? If latter, choose from building a better ability to be assertive, being able to communicate emphatically, improving personality, learning about basic social etiquette, etc. It boils down to taking one aspect at a time and hone your skills in that aspect before tackling the next. In no time you will then develop to be a better person. Get a life coach like myself to take you through your strengthening your weeker aspects to be a well shaped rounded and multifaceted personality. read less
