Mindfulness & meditation both are practices to bring peach to our mind & give our brains some tranquility from the hummings of our daily lives. A healthy mind is foundation stone for a healthy body, balanced life & all the relationships within. So we can see that having mental strength is pre-requisite for a successful & happy human being. I believe that both these practices are easy to practice even during our busy lives. Just find those small pockets of time when you are by yourself. I find it most useful at night time because it helps me to fall asleep easily. so if someone does not get the time during the day, utilize the night. read less
