I have enjoyed working with students of different age groups and backgrounds and have developed a deep understanding of their learning needs. I also helped them improve their four skills (LSRW). I met individually each and every student to know their problems personally. I also maintained contact with the parents and guardians of students. I believed that by giving assignments that allowed my students to express themselves creatively, they would be more engaged in the learning process. During our individual meetings, I was able to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions to help them excel academically. Additionally, staying in touch with parents and guardians allowed me to foster a collaborative environment where we could work together to support the students' growth and development.
