What I have seen that Speaking English, they consider a tough thing. But it is not. Actually it needs, first, some patience, then exact knowledge and practice Irrespective of hesitation, shame, or even along with it is OK. Thinking parallel to the students' mind by teacher, will help them a lot instantly. This is my key point. I always run along with students so that I can see the problems and vibrations of the students to sort out.
