I am a natural teaching and teaching skill is god's gift to me. Started my career at very young age. At seventeen I was teaching English and Mathematics. Later I applied for MBA entrance at the age of 24, got selected for MBA in Pune University and relocated. By that time, in seven years having started from teaching in schools, I had gained experience in teaching learners of diverse age group - from kids to grown up adults. Later, during my MBA program I faced financial challenges. I had to leave the management classroom program and got into real world of management. I could not seek employment but by that time, I had designed a Spoken English methodology which I tried to implement as training company. After a few setbacks, I was successful in setting up a successful Spoken English training company in Mumbai where I worked for 3 years till 2009. I was also working with a few reputed companies such as IMS Learning Resources and a few others for management test preparation. This year, my work got recognized and I received an offer from a Singapore based private equity firm to take care of their initiative in school segment in India. I joined there company Aristotle Education Alliance as Senior Manager Teacher Training and lead several deliverables for the company including content development, teacher training, managing academic operations at network Schools. I left this company in 2011 and since then I have been on my own. Often, I get contracts from corporates for communication, strategy, human resource etc. Post Aristotle Education Alliance, after more than a decade of experiencing hardships and difficulties God gave me insights to develop a new methodology. At Aristotle, the learning solutions were designed on the market conditions of 2009 which have become obsolete. The new methodology is relevant to the current situations of information influx among the students.
My student will benefit not only in communication and use of language but also in several other important aspects that determine the success in professional sector.
