First law explains the inertia effect. i.e. It is a tendency of a moving or a stopped body to remain in its moving or stopped position unless there is an external force which acts on it to change its motion property. 2. Second law states that an acceleration on an object as a resultant of a force applied is directly proportional to the force applied and it is inversely proportional to the mass of the object. In other words, F = m*a where: F = applied force, m = mass of the object and a = acceleration produced as a resultant of the force. 3. The third law explains that the force applied on the body is equal to the net force applied by the body in response to the applied force. or in other words, every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
