I started teaching in 2006 and continued up to 2011. I used to take up Spoken English courses. All my students actually came to improve their language skills; many were rural students who had studied in state board schools with Punjabi as the medium of instruction. They too were able to achieve their goal of improvement. I used to first gauge the level of the student and then create a curriculum according to their level, aiming at improvement in each class. I am hard working as I like a sense of fulfillment when my students achieve their goals.
