I am an MCA graduate with a deep-rooted passion for teaching and mentoring students. While I am currently working as a Project Lead, my long-term career aspiration has always been aligned with education—specifically in empowering learners through effective communication skills. I bring one year of hands-on experience as an IELTS Trainer, where my core focus was English speaking skills. During this period, I worked closely with students from diverse backgrounds, helping them build confidence, improve fluency, and overcome their fear of speaking English. I strongly believe that spoken English is not just a language skill, but a li fe skill—and this belief reflects in my teaching approach. What sets me apart is my ability to connect with students beyond traditional teaching. I see myself not only as a trainer, but as a mentor who supports, motivates, and guides learners according to their individual needs. My background in project leadership has further strengthened my communication, planning, and people-management skills, which I effectively apply in the classroom environment.
