Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
➢ Develop and execute an annual placement strategy to achieve placement targets.
➢ Identify industry trends, skill gaps, and hiring demands to align training and placement programs.
➢ Build and expand a strong network of employers, recruiters, and industry leaders.
➢ Plan and oversee campus recruitment drives, career fairs, job fests, and virtual hiring events.
Team & Process Management
➢ Lead and mentor the placement team / coordinators to achieve set targets.
➢ Oversee candidate screening, resume review, and interview preparation support.
➢ Maintain and improve placement processes and systems for smooth end-to-end coordination.
➢ Track placement data, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, and present insights to management.
Employer & Industry Relations
➢ Build long-term partnerships with corporates, startups, and recruitment agencies.
➢ Negotiate MOUs, partnerships, and internship/placement agreements.
➢ Promote the organization’s talent pool to potential employers and HR networks.
Student/Candidate Engagement
➢ Conduct career guidance sessions, employability workshops, and industry talks.
➢ Support candidates in understanding job roles, company expectations, and skill alignment.
➢ Ensure timely updates to candidates about job openings, interview schedules, and results.
