About Me

I am Vignesh, an IT professional and UI/UX & Frontend Development specialist with 13+ years of professional experience in the software industry.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (EEE) from Anna University – J.J. College of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2012. Over the course of my career, I have worked extensively in UI/UX design and frontend development, with hands-on experience in technologies and tools such as **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Figma, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator**. My professional experience also includes working on usability, accessibility, performance, Git/GitHub and modern frontend development practices.

Alongside my professional career, teaching, mentoring and helping others develop their technical skills have been an important part of my work. I have mentored around 50 interns and 3 experienced developers through online project-based training at Ziya Academy. I have also conducted a 10-day UI/UX training programme for around 20 participants at Pumo Technovation.

In my professional roles, I have regularly been involved in guiding junior developers, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, reviewing UI implementations and helping team members improve their technical and design skills.

This combination of real industry experience and hands-on teaching/mentoring experience allows me to teach not only the theory, but also how concepts are actually applied in real projects and professional environments.

I especially enjoy working with students who feel that a subject is difficult or who need additional individual attention. Instead of making them feel pressured, I break difficult topics into small, simple and understandable steps and gradually build their confidence.

My Teaching Approach

• Concepts explained from the basics
• Simple, student-friendly explanations
• Step-by-step problem solving
• Regular doubt clearing
• Practice questions after each concept
• Revision and exam preparation
• Focus on understanding rather than rote memorisation
• Teaching pace adjusted according to the student's level
• Individual attention during online classes

For subjects such as Mathematics and Science, I use examples, diagrams, practical situations and problem-solving techniques wherever appropriate. For exam preparation, I combine conceptual understanding with textbook-based questions, important question practice and revision.

Online Classes

I conduct classes online using digital teaching tools, allowing students to see explanations, written solutions, diagrams and examples clearly during the lesson.

My goal is not just to finish chapters. I want the student to reach a stage where they can say:

"I understand this, and I can solve it myself."

Whether the student is struggling with the basics, needs help keeping up with school lessons, or wants structured exam preparation, I try to identify the student's actual learning difficulties first and then plan the teaching accordingly.

Who Can Benefit From My Classes?

• Students who find Maths or Science difficult
• Students who have weak fundamentals
• Students who need personal attention
• Students who are afraid of solving problems
• Students who want to improve their academic performance
• Students preparing for school and board examinations

I believe a good teacher should not make a student dependent on the teacher. The ultimate goal is to make the student understand, practise and become confident enough to solve problems independently.

My teaching philosophy:

Understand. Don't Just Memorize.
