Dr. Badal sonawane

Hi, my name is Dr. Badal Sonawane. I am a physiotherapist, ACSM certified personal trainer, ACSM certified weight management coach as well as a ACSM certified sports nutrition coach. As a kid I was an obese child but I turned it around without any help since I could not afford one. I got fitter and fitter everyday.
Currently I help people to get their fitness goals as well as do rehabitation and teach injury preventive exercises when it comes to physiotherapy. I have 4 and half years of experience in the field of physiotherapy and I have been training since the age of 13, by the way I am 29 now :).
Getting fitter is easy, you just have to be physically active everyday and to reduce the fat you need calorie deficiency. However, how to achieve those is a tricky question. But don't worry ! connect with me and I will try my 200% to make your dream a reality.
Don't get me wrong it's not going to be easy and sometimes it is almost difficult because of the medical condition of the client but in certain cases, instead of being negative, we can think about the possible options that we have and how to make the best out of it to improve your life even by 1%.
I am the kind of guy who (after years of experience and successfully changing my own life around) have learned to work for that 1% rather worry about the 99%.
